ABOUT ALOUISE
Alouise

Alouise - acoustic and intelligent pop

- delivered with nerve, heart and humor

Alouise wrote her first song at the age of 8. She began early on to record her songs, and the songs of her idols, together with her sister.  In the beginning her sister sang while Alouise played keyboards, but at a point her sister reached the stage where younger siblings aren't fun to be with, so Alouise had to grab the mic herself

By the time Alouise was 11 years old the two sisters wrote a jingle for a jolly-cola competition and won. That became the start of Alouise's career as a songwriter

Today Alouise has turned 32 years old and released 4 albums, played and sung with a nerve that keeps the listener captured from first till last note:

The duo - Soundscape sessions 2000 A'louise 2005, Go on and judge! 2007 and Langtidsholdbar 2008.
All albums written, produced and engineered by herself

In 2010 Alouise worked on different collaborations resulting in the release of "Richards new home" a radio single and an information campaign for "Demenslinien" which led to 40-60% more phone calls to the helpline than the previous year

In 2010 Alouise also released the single "En anden slags ondt" in collaboration with the Danish singer/songwriter Anders Graae

Alouise is also the proud owner of Soundscape Studio and has thru her work with the music of others, as well as her own, developed a very personal and unique sound that goes for her voice, her song writing and her way of producing

Her song writing is sincere, sometimes wrapped in cotton sometimes extremely straightforward, but always full of food for thought. You will meet all kinds of people on the avenues and in the alleys of Alouise, and sometimes you might even recognize yourself
